Teresa is native to the area, born and raised in Olney, Texas. She is married and has two sons. She graduated from Texas Woman’s University earning her B.S. in 1990 and her M.A. in 1998 with degrees in Occupational Therapy. She has pursued further studies at Midwestern State University in Health Care Administration. She obtained her Certificate in Hand Therapy in 2000 and in Ergonomics in 2001. She was employed with the Clinics of North Texas for 13 years. She opened Schreiber Rehab in 2005 specializing in Upper Extremities.

Ivy and her husband have been married for 31 years and have two children together. When her husband retired after 23 years in the USAF, they stayed in Wichita Falls. In her free time she enjoys arts and crafts, gardening, and baking.
